NEW HDC Impatiens Downy Mildew Good Horticultural Practice guide
The new HDC Good Horticultural Practice guide to prevent and control Impatiens Downy Mildew is now available to download here.
The BPOA Technical Committee has been instrumental in identifying the need for this document and getting it produced by the HDC. A big thanks also has to go to Wayne Brough (ADAS) and Martin McPherson (STC), both of whom sit on our Technical Committee, for putting this publication together for growers.
This Good Horticultural Practice guidance will soon be followed in April 2009 by the publication of an updated HDC Impatiens Downy Mildew factsheet, which will include more details about the disease and chemical control programmes.
